Hand turned food safe wood handled pizza cutter. Imported sustainably harvested Roman Olivewood. Finished with carnauba wax friction polish which will not yellow or chip like clear coats.  These are heavy duty units with blade supported by a robust casting on both sides.  Blades are extremely sharp, a blade cover is included with purchase.   Cutter is removable from handle for easy cleaning.
