Hand turned food safe wood handled pizza cutter. Imported sustainably harvested Roman Olivewood. Finished with carnauba wax friction polish which will not yellow or chip like clear coats.  Blade is heavy duty and extremely sharp.  A safety cover is included with purchase.   Blade hardware can be unscrewed from handle for easy cleaning.
