Hand turned food safe wood handled pizza cutter. Imported sustainably harvested Roman Olivewood. Finished with carnauba wax friction polish which will not yellow or chip like clear coats.  This is a HEAVY DUTY kitchen piece.   Blades are extremely sharp, a blade guard is included in purchase.  Hardware is removable from handle for easy cleaning.
