Hand turned food safe wood handled pizza cutter. Imported sustainably harvested Roman Olivewood. Finished with carnauba wax friction polish which will not yellow or chip like clear coats.  This is a heavy duty unit.   Blade is supported on both sides with robust casting.   Metal hardware is removable from handle for easy clearing.  Blades are SHARP, and a safety cover is included with purchase.
