Hand turned food safe wood handled pizza cutter. Imported sustainably harvested Roman Olivewood. Finished with carnauba wax friction polish which will not yellow or chip like clear coats.  Heavy duty blade hardware with a very sharp blade.  A safety cover is included with purchase.  Blade hardware unscrews from handle for easy cleaning.
